An initiation fee applies to
all new members. For dual and family memberships,
the initiation fee is $400.
For senior and single memberships, the initiation fee is $240.
The initiation fee can be paid
in full with the initial payment of membership fees,
or can be paid in two equal
installments, the first due with the initial payment of
membership fees and the second
due March 15, 2008
