PHASE I
1.Reframe and insulate walls, side
interior with plywood (completed!)
2.Install new entrance doors and
roll-up garage door (completed!)
3.Hardi-plank exterior (completed!)
4.Repair or replace gutters
5.Paint the exterior surfaces that
were not Hardi-planked: (spring 2008?)

PHASE II
1.Complete painting of interior
walls - new plywood needs a second coat, touch-up, trim.
2.Scape and paint the ceiling and
interior structures (test paint one area for a season?)
3.Install insulation in the ceiling
PHASE III (the wish list!)
1.New aluminum bleacher seats (anyone
know a school that has upgraded and might donate their old ones?)
2.Window between warm room and
rink
3.Or better yet, Plexiglas between
spectator area and ice!
Smaller Projects
(looking for member volunteers)
1.Replace rug in the warm room (8x11
rug donation needed!)
2.Paint or replace ceiling tiles
in the warm room
3.Rewire the light switch by the
front door to activate all the lights in the spectator area (Randy Sales)
4.Run electrical service to the
Zamboni shed (requires conduit?)
5.Motion sensor on outside floodlights
6.Touch up interior paint, apply
second coat to new interior plywood
7.Lighted disco ball (equipment
donation needed!)
8.Clean out the gutters (now that
the leaves are mostly down)
9.Repair downspouts
10.Patch gutter leak (facing club
house - causing a rust streak on the new siding)
11.Patch small holes in the roof,
cover ventilators
12.Recoat roof of wardroom/mechanical
shed
13.After rink closes in the spring:
1.Enclose shelf along inside of rink with white Plexiglas (need quote on
materials)
2.Trim interior wall to ceiling on Zamboni shed end of rink
3.Install "ice gauge" (stainless steel or aluminum ruler that will tell
us how thick the ice is)
4.Seal up eves with great stuff
