SRA Ice Skating
Key Policy and Procedures
Southampton members obtain access to the Ice rink by an Annual Member Access Key.  The key opens the main doors to the ice rink.  Keys are given to members with the payment of a $25.00 refundable deposit.  Keys are obtained annually at our annual skate swap and key exchange per our calendar of events.

If you do not have a key, and have missed the key swap, you may obtain one by Printing, filling out and signing the Key Agreement form, the Standard Release Waiver form and paying a $25 key deposit fee.  Make the check payable to “Southampton Recreation Association” and mail the check and the two forms to:

SRA Ice Program, 3201 Chellowe Rd, Richmond, VA  23225

You will receive one in the mail in one week or you may call Kim Oliver at 272-3681 to arrange for pick-up.

If you have a prior year key, and have missed the key swap, you may obtain a current year key by printing, filling out and signing the
Key Agreement form, the Standard Release Waiver form and returning the prior year’s key with the two forms to the same address as above.

Please remember that due to liability reasons, the use of keys will be limited to classes and open skating hours only.  Use of the rink during hours other than those posted for open skating, lessons, or scheduled activities is prohibited.
